CranioSacral Therapy is a non-invasive kind of bodywork. It uses light touch to detect and treat imbalances of the CranioSacral System. The CranioSacral System consists of the structures that surround our Central Nervous System (that is our brain and spinal cord). These structures are the bones of the skull, face and spine as well as the meningeal membranes and the cerebrospinal fluid. CranioSacral Therapy has a deep influence on our Central Nervous System by enhancing its environment, and therefore can greatly improve our physical, emotional and mental health. It gently stimulates our self-healing abilities.

Infant Massage

Infant Massage is a parent tradition in many ancient cultures that has been re-discovered and adapted to the western world. Numerous studies have shown the enormous health benefits of  infant massage and confirmed the importance of a secure environment and nurturing touch in the emotional and physical well-being and development of children. Infant Massage is very intimate, and most babies prefer the touch of a parent or a close care giver rather than the touch of a therapist that is a stranger– no matter how experienced and skillful. That's why I do not massage your baby, but I teach you how to do it in either a 5 lesson group setting or in 3 private lessons. You can start massaging your child at any age and I can show you adapted techniques for older children.

The techniques are based on the work of Vimala Mc Clure, author of “Infant Massage, a Handbook for Loving Parents” and founder of the International Association of Infant Massage.

These are the main benefits of Infant Massage:

  • Stimulation(Nervous System, Circulatory System, Skin, Movement Development etc)
  • Relaxation
  • Relief (Colic, Constipation, Chest or Sinus congestion etc)
  • Enhancement of Bonding
