Sibyll grew up in Switzerland and graduated from the School of Physiotherapy at the University Hospital of Zurich in 1993. After graduating she attended a Professional Training in the Feldenkrais Method® (Awareness Through Movement® ) with Ruthy Alon in Florence, Italy. She worked for several years as a Physical Therapist in hospitals and private clinics and left Switzerland in 1998 to work with disabled orphan children in Haiti. She spent over 2 years there and later moved to Key West, Florida where she became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2004. In 2008 she started her training in CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute in West Palm Beach and earned her CranioSacral Techniques Certification in 2011. CranioSacral Therapy is her passion now with both children and adults. Sibyll is also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage and member of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM - Sweden). She lives with her husband and their 2 daughters in Lake Worth since 2007, just a few blocks away from her office.
Sibyll speaks English, German, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Italian and French - most of them fluently.
Janet Alexander - LMFT

Janet is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Individual Studies from Penn State, and a 1st Master Degree in Spiritual Psychology from Santa Monica University with her 2nd Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St Thomas University. Janet practices psychotherapy using Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is a Certified EMDR Clinical Therapist. Janet’s advance training provides for her additional specialty in trauma informed care techniques. These psychotherapy models help people suffering from unresolved distress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, disturbing memories, and other mental health concerns.
Janet has helped patients struggling with PTSD, trauma, abuse/neglect, addictions, substance abuse disorders, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and personality disorders. Janet’s approach on healing and wellness encourages clients to find their own path.
